Prayer and Intercession is the most important ministry of the church. Sadly, it is also the most neglected discipline in today’s church. Here at Bethel Christian Fellowship, we take seriously the significance and practice of prayer. Biblically, prayer is not an option but a command from our Lord. Jesus said, “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you” (John 15:7; KJV). The good news is that we have the promise of Jesus. Our church believes in the power of prayer because it is the language of heaven, and in order to grasp and understand the true nature of prayer, we must recognize the words of James.
